Responsible Vendor Training

Quality Control Analytics was the first accredited Responsible Vendor Trainer in Massachusetts. We provide accredited training to both Adult-Use and Medical Cannabis Establishments. Quality Control Analytics can provide quality training online on demand or with an instructor. Our course is compliant with all current state regulations and provides 5 hours of continuing education.

The course designed by Quality Control Analytics provides training in four major subjects: cannabis and the human body, preventing sales and diversion to minors, inclusion and diversity, and compliance with Massachusetts state laws and regulations.

The course is designed with engaging visuals and quality content. QCA has certified thousands of agents in Massachusetts with amazing success! Agents feel empowered through education after attending one of our sessions or completing the on demand course.

Training is offered in three methods: onsite, online- instructor led, and online on-demand.

More than Responsible Vendor Training

Did you know that Quality Control Analytics is more than Responsible Vendor Training? We provide a complete dynamic database to hold records related to Responsible Vendor Training. We are also working to bring you a complete system to track all training in the Establishment. The database will include more than records, we are building a full template library with control documents, standard operating procedure templates, and state regulations. We want to provide your Establishment with the tools to become a compliance leader.

We will help you

• identify your training need

• identify learning objectives

• create a curriculum and training materials

• and develop a logistical plan to help you deliver the training, which includes the use of an LMS if needed.

We work with your team to develop training content, training delivery method, means to track training and evaluate efficacy of training, and determine when retraining is necessary. The training we develop if specific to the needs of your Establishment. We can also develop web applications to help you maintain training documentation.

Continuing Education Courses

Advanced Core Curriculum will be available when the Cannabis Control Commission opens the application process and when Quality Control Analytics successfully submits and receives accreditation for courses. Please check back for updates.
